On Sept 13 the ASP Stager did their first extreme home make-over for a family in the Binghampton neighborhood of Memphis where crime is a part of life, it sags with dilapidated houses, poor conditions, and overgrown lots.
Welcome: The Memphis Area IAHSP Regional Chapter was founded in 2005 to provide a professional business association for Accredited Staging ProfessionalsT in the Mid-South. We offer meetings for business networking where we discuss ways in which we can expand Home Staging in this region in the most professional manner, and create a unified market approach for clients. We work in partnership with each other, local businesses, Real Estate Agents and Home Sellers for the goal of presenting the home in a professional manner. Through our efforts we will elevate the Home Staging profession and work to continually expand our quality of service to the greater Memphis area.
Our Vision: IAHSP is the recognized voice of the Home Staging Professional and sets the benchmark for excellence in Home Staging.
Membership : To become a member of the GMIRC, you must be a member in good standing with the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), a licensed business owner in the greater Memphis area, and provide Home Staging services as an active ASPM or ASP Stager or ASP Real Estate Agent. All Stager members are subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct.
